To be an integral part of the sales team responsible for delivering detailed reporting on accounts, streaming, playlists, sales and marketing data for the Sales and Marketing department.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be working closely with the Head Of Sales in delivering clear insights and analytics to the office.
Key duties will consist of:
Working closely with Head of Sales, Account Managers and Marketing & Promo Team to understand their data and reporting needs.
Delivering reports across the following areas:
Physical & Download sales
Market analysis and reporting
Consumer analytics across various streaming services
Playlist, Song, Artist and Album Analytics and Insights
Artist Reporting including tracks and albums
Support Account Managers with day to day tasks when they are out of the office
Share the data taken from Tableau, SCUBA, Business Objects via clear and highly informative dashboards and reports
Answering ad-hoc queries and creating reports within Tableau and Excel for the sales and marketing team as they come up
Keep important weekly worksheets up to date with the latest artist and marketing information.
A strong interest and love for music.
Experience with using Tableau or SAP; both as an ad-hoc analysis tool as well as a data visualisation tool with the ability to build dashboards for the business.
Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong Excel Skills (advanced formulas & pivot table experience a bonus but not essential)
Strong Powerpoint and presenting skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Skilled in developing and evolving process and best practice
